Her training in Fine Arts refined her creativity as an artist. Combining a vast knowledge of color and forms with elements of technical design training in decorating and architecture, creates unique and original ways to improve the quality of a space.

After a few years working in Panama, Elia moved to New York where she worked with John Carusone, architect and designer, expanding her experience practicing different styles of design and construction.

During the past five years as a design consultant, step by step, Elia has listened to and helped clients bring inspiration to their space with individuality and personal style. Providing suitable and distinctive solutions for each client. Giving the final result an astounding new look and feel.

Iris has a background in Marketing Communications and Financial Banking which  provides her with a strong business sense along with a sensible determination to meet clients budget and deadline demands.

During the past years working in the design industry, she has guided clients from the entire design process. This alone is an added asset when planning a design and renovation.

As well as being a mother of 3 young children, Iris has a deep understanding of family time and understands the stresses that any construction puts on the family household.

Therefore, she works with clients and their families to minimize the stress from any construction. Working to accommodate families making the process enjoyable and exciting.
